Sean Erenstoft Launches Hard Corp. Media

Lawyer, author, journalist, blogger and philanthropist, Sean Erenstoft has launched a media company encompassing his efforts to craft a multi-media outlet focused on discussing current political events and social welfare.

Erenstoft began his career as a prosecutor working for the Orange and then later, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's offices and later formed his own firm handling white collar crime and civil rights matters throughout California.  Following his discovery of a secret Special Directive that the top prosecutor in Los Angeles published to his deputies, Erenstoft was the un-celebrated whistleblower that blew the lid off a systematic effort by the county's prosecutors to hide evidence from defense attorneys handling criminal matters.  His efforts to call attention to the wide-spread civil rights violations culminated in a lawsuit filed against the D.A. by the A.C.L.U.  Ultimately, the D.A. was drummed out of office and his replacement quickly clarified her deputies' obligation to timely dispatch Brady evidence.  Erenstoft would ultimately lobby, Congresswoman, Patty Lopez and seek her assistance in diminishing prosecutorial immunity for such conduct.  California now celebrates a new law making it a felony for prosecutors to hide evidence.
Erenstoft's second book entitled L.A. Cutthroats is a biographic about Erenstoft's tribulations as he pushed back against repeated efforts to deny his clients Brady evidence; and the retaliation he suffered when he threatened to take the secret special directives public.  L.A. Cutthroats has now been optioned and is being adapted for television.
Meanwhile, Erenstoft has been quietly accumulating media properties intending to consolidate his vision of providing coverage of local, state and national legal and political matters impacting our citizenry.  Erenstoft will continue to focus on policies, procedures and pronouncements that impact our due process and other constitutional rights.

Currently, Sean is working on the licensing of media content that will be featured on his website.  Erenstoft intends to begin marketing subscriptions to Hard Corp. Media in the Fall of 2017.  He is also invested in a number of projects set to begin production later this year.  Set a Google alert to:  Hard Corp. Media and stay-tuned.
